1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Animdock, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Animdock is a free tool provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

2. Use of Service

Animdock is a browser-based motion design tool. You may use it to create, modify, and export animations. You are fully responsible for the content, including any logos or text, that you upload or use in conjunction with our templates.

3. Commercial Rights

Any video (WebM) or image (PNG) exported from Animdock using our templates is yours to use commercially. We do not claim ownership or require attribution for the exported files. However, you must ensure you have the right to use any custom assets (images, fonts) you provide.

4. Account and Authentication

If you choose to log in using Google Auth, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part of it) with or without notice. Since Animdock runs primarily in the browser, any saved data in local storage may be lost if you clear your browser cache.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. We reserve the right to update or change our Terms of Service at any time.
